The Peking University APEC Health Sciences Academy (PKU APEC HeSAY), established in 2015 as a joint initiative between the Institute for Population Research, Peking University (IPRPKU) and the APEC Life Science Innovation Forum (LSIF), is the coordinating centre for APEC health innovation research exchanges and projects that inform APEC economies' health strategies and policies. The PKU APEC HeSAY operates as a think-tank in health policy and health priority issues, particularly returns on investment in health innovations in maternal and child health, mental health and wellness, health programming, and models of universal health coverage.
