The Research and Training Center for Community Development (RTCCD) is a local non-government organization in Viet Nam with a wide range of experience in conducting community-based mental health research projects, as well as providing technical support to the Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs and the Ministry of Health in establishing national community-based mental health care as well as integrating mental health law into laws on preventive medicine. RTCCD also has a mental health clinic that serves as a model for application at the provincial level.
